About The Role The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing on-ground activities related to manpower deployment, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely execution of event and promotional tasks. This role demands a hands-on approach, including running errands, supervising support staff, and ensuring all deliverables are executed efficiently and as per plan. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage on-ground manpower for events or activations Supervise day-to-day field operations and ensure smooth execution Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery Handle last-minute requirements and troubleshoot on-site issues Ensure all tasks are executed as per timelines and client expectations Maintain daily reports and communicate updates with the core team Ideal Candidate 1–2 years of experience in event operations or field supervision Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to be on the move Good organizational skills and the ability to handle pressure Basic knowledge of vendor management and field logistics Skills: problem-solving,events,manpower deployment,manpower handling,vendor coordination,event operations,travel,field supervision,deliverables,organizational skills,on ground activities,field logistics Show more Show less
