About The Role We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager—Events & Manpower to manage multiple projects and manpower operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client servicing, team coordination, and multitasking, with strong communication and Excel skills. This role involves on-ground execution and will require local travel. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end project execution across multiple campaigns or events Serve as the key point of contact for clients—manage relationships, expectations, and feedback. Coordinate and manage manpower planning, deployment, and performance tracking Prepare reports, trackers, and presentations using Excel skills. Ensure timely and quality delivery of all projects as per client requirements Work closely with vendors and internal teams for seamless execution Travel locally for on-site supervision and coordination Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize effectively Lead event execution with a hands-on approach when needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, operations, coordination, vendor management, or related roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good command over MS Excel for basic reporting and tracking Able to create clear, professional presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools Experience managing a team and working in fast-paced environments Willingness to travel regularly for on-site requirements Skills: travel,events planning,client servicing,team coordination,manage multiple,presentations,client handling,manpower,operations,report preparation,presentation skills,multitasking,manpower handling,vendor management,excel,events,projects,coordination,on-ground execution,strong communication Show more Show less
