• Own end-to-end recruitment:

  Lead candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding for all the tech & non-tech roles.

• Master recruitment tools:

  Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent databases to identify and engage passive candidates.

• Build strategic pipelines:

  Partner with hiring managers to create talent pools that align with business goals.

• Solve hiring challenges:

  Optimize processes in a scaling startup environment (think agility, not bureaucracy!.

We Want You If You Have:

• 0- 1 of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing (experience with HR consulting firm/agency is preferred).

• Proven skills

  in candidate engagement, candidate sourcing & screening, and interview coordination.
• A knack for storytelling - you can sell roles to candidates and advocate for culture fit.
• Startup hustle: You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
