Job Description

HR Trainee – Calicut

Location: Xylem Learning, Calicut

Internship Duration: 6 months (with stipend)

Experience: 0–2 years

Qualification: MBA in HR (Freshers welcome!)

Key Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end recruitment process
Engage with potential candidates and coordinate interviews
Assist in maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
Collaborate closely with the hiring team and HR leadership
Manage documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
Support hiring campaigns on various job portals

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates residing in or around
Calicut (within a 20 km radius)
are encouraged to apply, as this is an on-site role.
Strong communication skills in
Malayalam and English
are required to handle internal and regional interactions effectively.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks will be highly valued.
