What You’ll Do

• Assist departmental HR representatives in daily operations
• Coordinate with applicants and facilitate interview processes
• Help onboard new team members into the organization
• Conduct internal research for organizational events
• Support with policy documentation and HR communications
• Maintain open and healthy communication within the team

What You Bring

✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

✔ Knowledge of HR basics and processes

✔ Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

✔ A team player with integrity and people-first mindset

✔ Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setup

Bonus Points If You Have

• Understanding of HR workflows or tools
• Good writing skills for formal communications
• Event coordination exposure in a previous internship
