Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations, assist with HR policies, manage employee benefits, and contribute to personnel management. The intern will help to maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with office software and HR tools is a plus
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
