Human Resources Trainee

Your responsibilities will include assisting in candidate sourcing by identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, updating applicant tracking systems, creating and posting job vacancies, corresponding with candidates, and conducting engagement activities, training, and development sessions for the team. Additionally, you will be involved in other HR operations to support the overall functioning of the organization. To be successful in this role, you must hold a B.Tech/BE + MBA in HR, have scored above 60 percentile in CAT (preferred), achieved above 65% in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post Graduation, and commit to a long-term association with the organization through a 2-year bond. Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs are essential requirements for this position.,
