About the Role:

The HR Team Lead will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding teams while ensuring timely and quality hiring across 27 departments within the organization. The role demands excellent coordination, strong leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure while meeting monthly hiring and TAT goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the

    Talent Acquisition (TA) freshers

    and the

    Onboarding Team

    to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes.
  • Coordinate with

    27 departments

    to understand their manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment cycles – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Maintain a

    minimum monthly hiring target of 20 profiles

    with a

    TAT of 15–20 days

    .
  • Utilize recruitment portals efficiently —

    LinkedIn Premium, Indeed, Apna, and WorkIndia (paid versions)

    .
  • Track recruitment metrics, report progress, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and management to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Ensure onboarding formalities and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a strong focus on candidate experience and internal stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages performance, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience

    in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations; experience in a leadership role is must
  • Proven track record of handling high-volume recruitment and managing team targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using multiple hiring portals and tracking systems.
  • Strong

    critical thinking

    and

    emotional intelligence

    are must-have skills.
