Role Description This is a full-time, on-site (EVENING SHIFT - 4pm to 1 am) role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining HR policies, managing benefit programs, handling employee relations, and supporting recruitment efforts. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits management Skills in Personnel Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good accounting knowledge Ability to work collaboratively with a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the outsourcing industry is a plus Show more Show less
