HR Specialist/Talent Acquisition to


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for India-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and staffing needs
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and ATS data accurately
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts


Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment, preferably for US clients
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in US shift timings and in a fast-paced environment
