Job Description: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in proposal writing within the US IT staffing industry. Proven experience working with US IT staffing or consulting firms. Demonstrated success in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs from state and local agencies. Experience creating functional and technical proposals adhering to RFP compliance guidelines. Strong understanding of various technologies including ERP, CRM, Integration, Cloud, Database, Networking, and Desktop solutions. Experience in developing pricing proposals based on different models such as location-based, hourly rates, and multi-year rates. Collaboration and Information Gathering: Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather relevant information and insights. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure proposals align with 3Core’s capabilities and client requirements. Research and Data Collection: Leverage research findings to create tailored, competitive responses. Proposal Development: Write clear, concise, and persuasive content for proposals, highlighting the company’s strengths and addressing client needs. Develop and maintain proposal templates and standardized content to ensure efficiency and consistency across submissions. Quality Assurance: Proofread and edit proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements and submission deadlines. Post-Submission Activities: Follow up on RFP results and coordinate subsequent activities leading up to the award. Maintain records of proposals submitted and outcomes achieved. Show more Show less
