Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Resume Writer / Resume Maker / Resume Expert who can craft professional, compelling, and customized resumes for IT professionals. The ideal candidate must understand IT roles, industry terminology, and hiring expectations across multiple tech domains.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality, ATS-friendly resumes tailored for IT job roles such as Developers, Engineers, Administrators, Analysts, Consultants, and Managers.

Gather and analyze candidate information through calls, chats, or questionnaires.

Rewrite, edit, and structure content to ensure clarity, consistency, and professional impact.

Convert technical experience into clear, results-driven achievements.

Format resumes using professional design standards.

Prepare additional documents like cover letters, LinkedIn summaries, and professional bios when needed.

Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate information.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand role-specific requirements.

Ensure timely delivery of assigned profiles with accuracy and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

13 years of experience as a Resume Writer, Content Writer, or Technical Documentation Specialist (preferably in IT domain).

Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and vocabulary.

Ability to simplify complex technical content into professional summary formats.

Good research skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple profiles simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, formatting tools, and ATS optimization techniques.

Preferred Qualities

Experience working in IT recruitment or IT staffing companies.
