Resume Writer: Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Contract / Part-Time / Full-Time (flexible options available) About the Role: We’re looking for a talented Resume Writer to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others succeed, strong writing skills, and a deep understanding of what makes a resume stand out in today’s competitive job market. You’ll work directly with clients from various industries to craft polished, professional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles that showcase their unique strengths and career achievements. Responsibilities: Consult with clients to gather information about their experience, education, and career goals. Write and edit customized resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to specific industries and job targets. Optimize resumes for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) using strategic keyword integration. Research industry trends and job descriptions to ensure relevance and accuracy. Provide feedback and career branding advice to help clients present themselves effectively. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the process. Manage multiple writing projects and meet established deadlines. Qualifications : Proven experience in resume writing, career coaching, recruiting, or human resources. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Strong understanding of resume formats, modern design principles, and ATS optimization. Ability to translate complex career histories into clear, compelling narratives. Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
