Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Jodhpur. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Key tasks include implementing HR strategies, developing and enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, handling employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in Personnel Management and Employee Benefits
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a HR role is preferred
