Human Resources Specialist

Shift:

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Policies & Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to all HR laws, labor regulations, and company policies.

• Recruitment & Client Handling:

  Manage domestic hiring end-to-end, including client coordination, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Payroll Management:

  Process payroll accurately, manage salary disbursement, and handle payroll-related queries.

• Payments & Employee Exit:

  Track pending payments, handle employee relief processes, and ensure smooth full & final settlements.

• Attendance & Timesheet Management:

  Collect, verify, and maintain employee timesheets for payroll and client billing.

• Asset Management:

  Maintain proper records of company assets, track issuance/return, and ensure accountability.

• Employee Engagement & Support:

  Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievance handling, and policy clarifications.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of

  HR laws and statutory compliance

  .
• Experience in

  domestic hiring, payroll processing, and HR operations

  .
• Ability to handle

  client interactions

  professionally.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Minimum

  2–5 years of HR experience

  preferred.
