Team Manager – Business Process Expert

Your Role:

• Lead and manage a team working on process diagnostics and risk advisory.
• Possess a strong understanding of business processes in SAP across modules (FICO/MM/SD, etc.).
• Bring hands-on experience in internal audit, controls management, or SOX compliance.
• Ability to translate controls and audit requirements into data-led dashboards.
• Experience or interest in working with AI/ML tools to enhance audit and governance outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead process deep-dives.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in business process audit/control/SAP consulting.
• Prior exposure to internal audit or Big 4 risk consulting is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A mindset that blends risk, process, and technology.
