About the Role:

HR Recruiter Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for domestic staffing requirements using job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across platforms.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Support the onboarding process of selected candidates.
• Build and maintain good relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team as needed.

Key Skills / Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided).
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet research.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
