Human Resources Recruiting Specialist

As an HR Recruiter Executive at our company, your role will involve sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various domestic staffing requirements. You should be proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to develop your recruitment skills through training provided. Key Responsibilities: - Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases. - Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms. - Conduct initial telephonic screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. - Support the onboarding process of selected candidates. - Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates for a pleasant recruitment experience. - Provide necessary administrative support to the HR and recruitment team. Key Skills / Competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided). - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet research. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent in any discipline. - Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience are welcome to apply. - Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges.
