Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Backend Operations Associate to handle critical backend processes, including audits, onboarding, and portal walkthrough sessions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to conduct training sessions for teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform periodic audits of data, processes, and system access to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct portal walkthrough sessions for students.
• Oversee the onboarding process, including access creation, documentation, and support.
• Maintain backend records, trackers, and reports for monitoring and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Ensure smooth backend operations and provide timely support where needed.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in backend operations, audits, or onboarding preferred.
• Familiarity with LMS or portal-based systems is an added advantage.
