Human Resources Operations Specialist

Job Description: An ideal candidate for the position of Associate HR Operations & Flexi Resource (Time Management) should possess profound knowledge and experience of SAP. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking overtime and shift attendance for all employees. You will also be required to track mis-punches, regularize them, and resolve any issues related to time entries for the employees. Furthermore, as part of your responsibilities, you will need to calculate full and final settlements for the employees after deducting the appropriate deductions. It will be essential to identify changes in the benefits structure based on promotions, transfers, etc., and ensure that employees are enrolled appropriately. You will also be expected to track life events such as marriage, birth of a child, divorce, death of a dependent, among others. Additionally, you will be managing yearly leave encashment for casual leaves and processing requests for mid-year leave encashment based on approvals. Recording changes for personal data in the HRIS system, issuing ID cards to new hires, and ensuring seamless capture of time and attendance will also be part of your duties.
