Job Description

As an HR Operations Specialist at our company, you will be part of the HR Operations India Team, focusing on supporting various HR Projects in India. We are seeking a proactive individual with a solid background in HR services who can deliver results effectively. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, adaptable, possesses a high level of integrity, and is driven to achieve goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your main responsibilities will include performing various HR operational tasks such as data entry, transactional processing, managing employee records, and ensuring data accuracy. You will also be supporting the Americas region and should be open to working in flexible time zones. Providing exceptional service to employees by resolving HR-related inquiries accurately and promptly is a key aspect of this role. You should have hands-on experience with tools like Workday and ServiceNow, and be able to escalate documentation or process gaps as needed. Additionally, participating in meetings as an operational subject matter expert, handling non-recurring and ongoing projects, and providing early intervention for issue resolution are part of your responsibilities. Supporting administrative activities and addressing ad hoc HR requests will also be crucial. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business, or Communications, along with at least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate HR environment, preferably supporting US and EMEA regions. Proficiency in tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, and DocuSign is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment are essential for success in this role. Having the ability to balance immediate employee needs with long-term goals, organizational vision, and a continuous improvement mindset will be advantageous.,
