Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations. This is a high-impact role focused on HR strategy, employee engagement, grievance redressal, and fostering a strong culture within a remote workforce. Key Responsibilities Lead HR operations including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, and offboarding Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution with empathy and effectiveness Drive engagement initiatives and improve employee satisfaction across the organization Develop HR policies in line with company values and remote work best practices Partner with team leads and department heads to support organizational goals Monitor employee performance metrics and support performance improvement plans Ensure compliance with statutory HR requirements and company policies Support leadership in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development Key Requirements MBA in HR from a recognized institution (mandatory) 10–15 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on people management and grievance handling Proven ability to manage remote teams and foster engagement virtually Strong understanding of HR best practices, and employee relations Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Proactive, empathetic, and highly organized approach What We Offer A 100% remote working opportunity with a flexible and collaborative culture Opportunity to shape people strategies in a growing, purpose-led organization Empowering work environment that encourages innovation and ownership
