Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for STEM Trainers located in Kochi, Thiruvalla & Calicut. The STEM Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering educational content in Robotics, AI, and other future technologies for K-12 students. The role involves conducting hands-on training sessions, mentoring students, designing curriculum, organizing competitions, and collaborating with other trainers and educators to enhance the learning experience. The trainer will also engage in innovative research initiatives and help cultivate patents and projects. Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in K-12 Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and STEM disciplines. Experience in LEGO Spike Prime, Arduino, RPi, etc. Proficiency in designing and delivering educational content and hands-on sessions Experience in curriculum development and mentoring students Ability to organize and manage competitions, hackathons, and educational events Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work collaboratively with other trainers and educators Experience in research initiatives and project development is a plus BTech/BE/MSc/MCA/Mtech in a related field is preferred Show more Show less
