We’re looking for an HR Manager who understands people as much as processes; someone who can support our teams, shape a positive work culture, and grow with us in this exciting space of education and future tech. Who we’re looking for: A thoughtful, proactive HR professional who’s handled the real day-to-day of people operations. Ideally with experience in edu-tech, you’re someone who listens well, communicates clearly, and finds joy in creating a healthy work culture. Qualifications: – Master’s in HR / MBA in HR or Operations – 3–5 years of HR experience (edu-tech preferred) – Strong people management and communication skills – Working knowledge of HRMS, labor laws, and HR best practices What you’ll be doing: – Handling hiring end-to-end: from identifying needs to onboarding new team members – Leading employee engagement, training and welfare initiatives that truly matter – Developing fair and transparent policies to support a positive culture – Being a trusted point of contact for grievances, feedback, and everyday support – Maintaining documentation and compliance with attention to detail – Sharing insights that help shape the company’s people strategy What we offer: – A supportive, collaborative environment where your voice matters – A chance to grow with a team that’s building something meaningful – Opportunities for learning, autonomy, and real impact – Competitive salary and benefits
