Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and policies. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes. Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Drive performance management, training, and development initiatives. Handle payroll, compensation, and benefits administration. Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement. Qualifications: - MBA(HR) degree or relevant experience. Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
