Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an MMD-Supervisor at our Bahadurgarh facility. The MMD-Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, managing resources and materials, monitoring production schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless production workflow and adherence to company policies. Qualifications Experience in Supervision, Team Management, and Resource Management Knowledge of Production Schedules, Quality Control, and Safety Standards Skills in Problem-Solving, Decision Making, and Time Management Proficiency in Communication, Coordination, and Documentation Ability to work on-site in Bahadurgarh Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is preferred Prior experience in the glass manufacturing industry is a plus Show more Show less
