Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life Cycle, from Talent Sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great Employees. This role requires someone with a keen understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication skills and proactive approach to hire TOP Talent. Also entails assisting the HR Head in other HR responsibilities. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high quality Talent. Utilize various sourcing methods including Job Boards, Social Media, Recruitment agencies and networking events. Write and Post clear attractive job advertisements tailored to specific roles as per Real Estate Industry. Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial Phone or Video Screening to evaluate Candidate fit. Schedule and conduct In-dept interviews of shortlisted candidates with hiring Managers. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and extend Job Offers to selected candidates and ensure smooth on boarding. Track and Maintain Recruitment metrics Assist in maintaining records or all employees Assist in the Payroll Process Assit in Employee Engagement and Administrative activities. Show more Show less
