About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This is a mid-level position suited for someone with a strong grasp of HR best practices and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Implement and oversee HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws in India. Manage employee relations and handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives. Support performance management cycles, including goal setting and reviews. Maintain HR documentation and employee records. Coordinate with payroll and benefits vendors to ensure accurate processing. Use HR data to provide insights on workforce trends and recommendations. Ensure consistent application of HR practices across remote teams. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including in remote or hybrid work settings. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements. Proven experience with recruitment platforms and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
