About the Role:

Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Implement and oversee HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws in India.
• Manage employee relations and handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support performance management cycles, including goal setting and reviews.
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate with payroll and benefits vendors to ensure accurate processing.
• Use HR data to provide insights on workforce trends and recommendations.
• Ensure consistent application of HR practices across remote teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including in remote or hybrid work settings.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven experience with recruitment platforms and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
