Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Erode. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. They will oversee employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee benefits and compensation, and implement HR policies. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle performance management, training and development, and workforce planning.
