Role Overview:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR functions – recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and compliance.
• Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee performance management and training programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with management to plan manpower and organizational development.
• Ensure a positive and productive work culture across both branches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in HR management.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage a 60-member team.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication in English and Tamil.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
