Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to establish and lead our HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about building systems, shaping organizational culture, and ensuring the business runs smoothly with the right talent and processes in place.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Banking Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment through multiple channels including job portals, referrals, agencies, campus outreach, and social media. Develop and manage a structured hiring process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Policy & SOP Development: Design, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Payroll & HR Operations: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely resolution of payroll-related queries.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement: Build and nurture a strong organizational culture. Initiate and manage programs for employee engagement, training, and professional development. Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR policies, and payroll management. Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance in India. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive organizational growth.
