1. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Handling the

  joining process

  , onboarding formalities, and documentation of new hires.
• Managing

  full and final settlements (F&F)

  for exiting employees.
• Maintaining accurate employee records.

1. Attendance & Leave Management

• Overseeing

  daily attendance tracking

  , leave approvals, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Identifying attendance-related discrepancies and taking corrective action.

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Conducting interviews, screening candidates, and coordinating with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

1. HR Policies & Compliance

• Ensuring compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and company guidelines.
• Continuously reviewing and improving HR processes.

1. Performance Management & Employee Relations

• Addressing employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Driving a positive work culture and fostering employee engagement.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience

  , preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of

  attendance management, recruitment, and F&F process

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
