Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the HR Manager will be tasked with fostering a positive work environment, facilitating training and development programs, and handling payroll and benefits administration.

Qualifications

Experience in HR policy development and implementation
Proficiency in managing recruitment processes and employee relations
Skills in conducting performance reviews and ensuring regulatory compliance
Capability to foster a positive work environment and facilitate training programs
Expertise in payroll and benefits administration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the digital media industry is a plus
Work understanding and Planing for client's
