Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for both office and field roles (technical, administrative, and skilled labor).
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with legal standards and best practices.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Oversee performance management systems and training programs.
• Collaborate with site managers and department heads on workforce planning.
• Maintain HRIS, track attendance, leave, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support health, safety, and welfare policies.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of HR experience

  , with at least 3 in construction or a related field.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and site-based workforce challenges.
• Proven ability to manage HR operations for large, diverse teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/HR Certification is a plus).
