Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Arāmbāgh. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include recruiting and interviewing potential staff, managing employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also be tasked with administering payroll, benefits, and training activities, ensuring an effective and supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and employee relations
• Knowledge of performance management, payroll, and benefits administration
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Arāmbāgh
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the design or construction industry is a plus
