Job Responsibilities

• Design and plan residential and commercial

  interior & exterior spaces

• Create 2D & 3D layouts, mood boards, renders, and presentations
• Work on both

  interior elements

  (false ceiling, furniture layout, lighting) and

  exterior elements

  (elevation design, landscaping, façade treatment)
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design ideas
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation matches plans
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the execution team

Required Skills

• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, etc.
• Good understanding of space planning, materials, and design trends
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication and team collaboration
