Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Kanpur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include handling employee onboarding, managing payroll, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating training programs. The HR Manager will also work closely with department heads to support organizational growth and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Employee Relations
• Experience in Developing HR Policies, Labor Law Compliance, and Performance Management
• Proficiency in Payroll Management and HR Information Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
