Job Description

Role Overview: As the Human Resource Manager, your main role will involve human resource planning, recruitment processes, orientation and induction programs, training needs analysis, legal compliance, grievance handling, compensation management, and employee retention. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct human resource planning and ensure effective recruitment processes - Conduct orientation and induction programs for new joiners - Prepare employees for assignments through orientation and training programs - Analyze training needs, create training schedules, and conduct training sessions - Analyze the impact of training programs - Ensure legal and statutory compliance related to human resources - Handle grievances and maintain all HR-related registers and documents - Manage the compensation and reward system - Focus on employee retention by implementing strategies Qualification Required: - Master's degree in HR - At least 5 years of HR experience - Professional in Human Resources certification Additional Company Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, provided food, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work location will be in person, with the work schedule in day shift or morning shift as required. You will also be required to attend meetings as instructed, adhere to company policies and procedures, and continuously strive to enhance the HR processes and employee experience.,
