What You’ll Be Doing: Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments Set up hiring systems, onboarding flows, and employee documentation Manage contracts, offer letters, NDAs, and performance tracking Foster a strong work culture through team-building and engagement initiatives Ensure legal and procedural compliance for local and remote staff What We're Looking For: 2+ years of HR/People Ops experience Excellent communication, organization, and people skills Strong knowledge of hiring processes, HR tools, and legal basics Ability to multitask and handle dynamic, fast-paced environments Prior experience in startups or digital businesses is a bonus What You’ll Get: A collaborative team and a growing company culture Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month (based on experience) Monthly performance bonuses Clear growth path to a senior HR/People Lead role Apply now Show more Show less
