plans.Employee Engagement & Culture Bu

ilding:Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve workplace c

ulture.Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns and resolving workplace

issues.Design and execute programs to enhance employee retention and moti

vation.HR Operations & Com

pliance:Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company gui

delines.Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict res

olution.Monitor and analyze HR metrics, providing insights to drive decision
