Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and support our HR functions, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding. Develop strategic talent acquisition plans and maintain a strong employer brand. Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through engagement initiatives. Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Support managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and coaching employees. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and career development. Promote continuous learning and professional growth. HR Strategy & Reporting: Contribute to the development of HR strategies that support business objectives. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for decision-making. Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience; at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
