Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration:

• Oversee

  end-to-end HR functions

  across plant.
• Develop and implement

  HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks

  .
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.
• Ensure smooth

  onboarding, training, and performance management

  .
• Handle

  payroll management

  , statutory compliance, and HR automation initiatives.

Industrial Relations (IR) & Compliance:

• Maintain harmonious

  employee relations.

• Ensure

  compliance with labor laws

  , factory acts, and government regulations.
• Liaise with

  government authorities

  (Labour Department, ESI, PF, etc.).
• Address

  disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution

  effectively.
• Conduct

  safety, ethical compliance, and legal audits

  as per industry standards.

Key Requirements:

• MBA Graduate

• 12+ years of HR experience

  in

  manufacturing

  .
• Proven expertise in

  HR administration, Industrial Relations (IR), and labor laws

  .
• Ability to

  handle plant

  and lead HR effectively.
• Strong

  communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office and HR software

  .

• Telugu language proficiency

  is mandatory.
