Position: HR Manager

Experience: 8–14 years (Minimum 3 years in a Managerial Role)

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can lead our Human Resource function, build strong people practices, and partner with management in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Manufacturing/Engineering/Corporate HR, with expertise in HR operations, compliance, and talent development.

📌

• Lead end-to-end HR operations, recruitment & onboarding
• Design & implement HR policies and employee handbook
• Payroll management & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
• Drive performance management, L&D, and career progression programs
• Employee engagement, grievance handling & conflict resolution
• Champion organizational culture & retention initiatives
• Partner with top management on HR strategy and workforce planning

👤

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
• 8–14 years of HR experience (with 3+ years in a managerial role)
• Strong expertise in HRIS tools (HROne preferred), compliance, recruitment & payroll
• Advanced skills in Leadership, Communication, Strategic Thinking & Conflict Handling
• Candidate should be based in Nagpur or willing to relocate permanently
