As we continue to scale, we are looking for a passionate and hands-on HR professional to own and lead our HR function end-to-end. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong people practices and shape our culture.

Role Overview

As the HR representative, you will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exit – while driving engagement, compliance, and organizational development. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, ensuring a positive work environment and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Lifecycle Management


  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage employee confirmations, transfers, and exit processes, including exit interviews.

2. Performance Management


  • Drive the performance review cycle and ensure timely goal-setting, feedback, and appraisals.
  • Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture


  • Plan and execute engagement activities, town halls, and recognition programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring resolution with empathy and fairness.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

4. HR Operations & Compliance


  • Administer payroll inputs, leave, attendance, and benefits in coordination with finance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for leadership.

5. Policy & Process Development


  • Recommend and implement HR best practices suited to a growing company.
  • Draft and update HR policies in line with company culture and legal standards.

6. Learning & Development


  • Coordinate internal/external training programs.
  • Support career development initiatives for employees.

  • Startup mindset – hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with dynamic environments.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in IT services or technology startups.
  • Familiarity with HR software/tools for attendance, payroll, and performance tracking especially Keka is a plus.
