Based on-site in Gurugram, the Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR management tasks, including recruitment, HR operations. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with employees We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment plans. 2. Source and attract candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to attract potential candidates. 3. Screen and select candidates: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify top candidates. 4. Manage job postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and the company website. 5. Build relationships with hiring managers: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide excellent service. 6. Maintain recruitment records: Keep accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate applications, interviews, and hiring decisions. 7. Ensure compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Requirements: 1. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry. 2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. - Proficiency in recruitment software and tools. Certifications: Certifications in recruitment or HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are desirable. Show more Show less
