Job Title: HR Recruitment Executive Location: Onsite – Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Roles & Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires. Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with department needs. Use Microsoft 365 for documentation, scheduling, and communication. Manage recruitment workflows and reporting through Workday HR. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Collaborate with HR to design and refine recruitment strategies. Oversee onboarding programs to support new hire integration. Mentor junior recruiters and promote a collaborative team environment. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Commerce, HR, or related field. Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Workday HR. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of employment laws and market trends. Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages preferred.
