Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager located in Nagpur, with some work from home acceptable. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR practices and policies, managing recruitment and employee onboarding processes, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee relations and engagement. The HR Manager will also ensure the alignment of HR goals with the overall company objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in HR practices, policies, and procedures
Strong recruitment and onboarding skills
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
In-depth knowledge of labor law compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle employee relations and engagement effectively
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
SHRM or PHR certification is preferred
Experience in a tech or marketing company is a plus
