We are looking to hire an experienced HR professional online to manage and streamline our people operations. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR responsibilities — including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement — while maintaining a positive and productive work culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate training, team activities, and performance appraisals. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance processes. Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management. Support management with organizational planning and workforce development. Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist / HR Manager. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Familiarity with HR software (Zoho People, Keka, Excel, or similar tools). Ability to work independently and manage HR operations remotely.
