Human Resources Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced HR professional online to manage and streamline our people operations. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR responsibilities — including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement — while maintaining a positive and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate training, team activities, and performance appraisals.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance processes.
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Support management with organizational planning and workforce development.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist / HR Manager.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HR software (Zoho People, Keka, Excel, or similar tools).
• Ability to work independently and manage HR operations remotely.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
