Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Indore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing the recruitment and selection process, overseeing employee relations and welfare, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and handling performance management processes. They will also play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and providing guidance and support to employees at all levels.

• Strong experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Proficiency in managing the recruitment and selection process
• Experience in overseeing employee relations and welfare
• Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance
• Skills in handling performance management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to foster a positive workplace culture
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar HR managerial role is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site location in Pithampur Madhya Pradesh
